Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping our PACT Bodycare online store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

***For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by December 15th. Due to current shipping delays caused by COVID, delivery is not guaranteed before Christmas but every effort will be made for you to receive your order timely before Christmas on orders placed on or prior to December 15th.***

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
We wholeheartedly value our customers and take great care in the production of our products. Some of our products take multiple days to produce and are handmade in small batches, so we appreciate your patience as we develop our products with intention and love because that is what you deserve. We take every effort to make sure orders are shipped timely, and orders are processed typically within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Due to delays caused by COVID, at any given time processing times and shipments may be delayed. Shipments may also be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, namely during holidays, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. Please allow additional days in processing and transit for delivery in these cases. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays outside of our control can occasionally occur depending upon the carrier.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
PACT Bodycare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
